OFFICIAL LETTER 5593/TCT-KK DATED 25 DECEMBER 2015 OF GDT GUIDING TIME OF SUBMISSION OF FORM 06/GTGT
According to official letter 5593/TCT-KK:
In case, business establishments register voluntarily applying to VAT deduction method are entities who must send form 06/GTGT – Notification of applying VAT method to tax authority in charge latest on 20 December 2015 to conduct new tax calculation method, which is to create favorable conditions, do not directly affect to business situation and calculation method being applied from business establishments, GDT proposes for local tax authority to accept them to submit form 06/GTGT after 20 December 2015 but must before 30 January 2016.
