The company buys coppers, copper scrap of domestic enterprises to refine a copper with high essences rate, roll pipe exported to Hong Kong –China market. The export products of the company must determine proportion of the value of natural resources and minerals plus energy costs to production costs to apply VAT policy appropriately.
