OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 108010/CT-TT&HT DATED 02 SEPTEMBER 2014 OF BINH DUONG TAXATION DEPARTMENT IN GUIDANCE OF INVOICE USAGE WHEN EXPORTING GOODS TO FOREIGN COUNTRY
According to official letter No. 108010/CT-TT&HT:
In case, enterprises having export activities to foreign country, they must not prepare VAT invoices from 01 September 2014, using commercial invoices to replace export invoices and enterprises state customs declaration and clearance date in List of sold goods and services to report to tax authority.
