Uni 11-04-2016 - Extended to receive form 06/GTGT

According to official letter 1434/TCT-KK, taxpayers continue voluntary registration applying to deduction method for 2016-2017 must send form 06/GTGT submitting to tax authority at lease on 30 April 2016. Taxpayers submit form 06/GTGT after deadline of 30 Jan 2016 involving in administration violation for late notification changing information of tax registration file to regulated deadline. If after 30 April 2016, taxpayers do not register voluntarily deduction method must be moved to direct method from 30 April 2016.
