OFFICIAL LETTER 2760/TCT-KK DATED 21 JUNE 2016 OF GDT GUIDING TRANSPORT SERVICE INVOICE DOR EXPORT GOODS
According to official letter 2760/TCT-KK:
In case, the company incurred VAT purchase transport service invoices for export goods with the invoice date after inspection completion date of Customs authority. If the invoice is prepared as stated in transport contract in accordance with official letter 15606/BTC-TCT dated 18 Oct 2014 of MOF, these invoices will be allowed to declare, deduct, refund.
