Official letter 4311/CT-TTHT dated 05/11/2018 of General Taxation Department guiding on electronic invoices of Decree 119/2018/NĐ-CP as follows:
In the period from 01/11/2018 to 31/10/2020, Decree No. 51/2010 / ND-CP dated 14/5/2010 and Decree No. 04/2014 / ND-CP dated 17 January, 2014 of the Government regulating invoices for the sale of goods and provision of services is still valid.
Accordingly, from November 1, 2018 to October 31, 2020, the Company used up the printed invoices issued and still have the need to use invoices to order in accordance with The Decree No. 04/2014 / ND-CP dated 17 May 2010, 01/2014 by the Government until the switch to the use of electronic invoices as stipulated in the Government's Decree No. 119/2018 / ND-CP dated September 12, 2018.
