OFFICIAL LETTER 5018/TCT-CS DATED 30 OCT 2017 OCT GUIDING VAT FOR PREPROCCESSING ACTIVITIES OF AQUATIC PRODUCTS

Official letter 5018/TCT-CS dated 30 Oct 2017 of GDT guiding VAT for preprocessing activities of aquatic products as follows:

In case, unit establishment conducts the service of preprocessing, keeping agricultural products (get raw crabs à boil à peel à frozen), the service revenue gotten (excluding material value) is imposed on 5% VAT.
