The official letter No. 2713/TCT-CS:
Taxpayers only submit a dossier of dependant(s) onetime during the entire period for the family circumstance deduction of their PIT including their change of the workplace or business place. However, basing on the actual situation of each employer, the individuals moves to new workplace, but the old employer does not confirm the summited a dossier of dependant(s), the individuals will re-register with form No. 16/ĐK-TNCN attached with a dossier of dependant(s) submitted to new employer for family circumstance deduction for the dependant(s) as regulations
