DECREE NO. 05/2015/NĐ-CP DATED 12 JANUARY 2015 OF GOVERNMENT IN GUIDANCE OF IMPLEMENTATION FOR SOME CONTENTS OF LABOR CODE
According to Decree No. 05/2015/NĐ-CP:
Employees stop working, losing or having other reasons that have not yet taken yearly leave days, will be paid in cash for the untaken. The salary paying to employees with untaken leave days are stipulated as follows:

For employees working enough 06 or more is the average salary in labor contract of 06 previous months before stopping to work, lose. For employees who do not yet take leaves yearly or still remain is the average salary in labor contract of 06 previous months before employers pay in cash for the untaken leaves;

For employers work under 06 months is the average salary in labor contract of the entire working time.
This Decree is effective from 01 Mar 2015
