OFFICIA LETTER 3230/LĐTBXH-LĐTL DATED 12 AUGUST 2015 OF MINISTRY OF LABOR- INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS IN GUIDANCE OF MONTHLY SALARY CALCULATION
According to official letter 3230/LĐTBXH-LĐTL:
Salary actually paid to employees basing on time of monthly, weekly, daily, hourly actually working of employees. Monthly salary paid for one month working is based on labor contract; daily salary paid for one working day is determined by monthly salary divided normal working day as regulations of Law that enterprises chose, normal working days in a month are stipulated by employers but must comply with regulations of working time, rest hours under regulations of Labor code.
