As verified by the Public Security Agency, the Company suffered a loss of money during the purchase payment with suppliers due to hackers hacking email accounts to control the company. Transfer money to the deposit account of hackers. This loss does not meet the requirement of force majeure as prescribed by law, therefore, it can not be determined as deductible expenses when determining CIT taxable income.
