OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 1130/TCT-CS DATED 08 APRIL 2014 OF GDT IN GUIDANCE OF PAYMENT VOUCHERS FOR THE AGRICULTUAL, FORESTRY AND AQUATIC PRODUCTS
According to official letter No.1130/TCT-CS:

If the Company purchases agricultural products from the person who directly does and sell, the payment vouchers and the lists of goods and services under regulations, it is not forced to use the non-cash payment vouchers.

In case, the Company that purchases agricultural products of the households, individuals doing business must use invoices under regulations must disclose bank notes for the invoices with more than 20 million VND of each payment under regulations, it must include payment vouchers.
