OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 44153/CT-TNCN DATED 06 JULY 2015 OF HA NOI TAXATION DEPARTMENT IN GUIDANCE OF TAX DECLARATION, PAYMENT THROUGH INETERNET
According to official letter 44153/CT-TNCN:
Tax declaration, payment through Internet are electronic services provided by tax authority. Enterprises, organizations in the area must submit tax declaration, payment through Internet under regulations of Law. Ha Noi Taxation Department proposes enterprises, organizations for registering and using tax declaration, payment through Internet from July 2015.
Tax declaration, payment through internet as follows:
I. Steps of tax declaration through internet:
Step 1. Register to use digital signatures
Step 2. Register to submit tax declaration through Internet
Bước 3. Register account of tax declaration through Internet of taxpayers
Bước 4. Perform to submit tax declaration through Internet
II. Procedures of electronic tax payment through internet:
Step 1: Register to use services of submitting electronic tax at http://nhantokhai.gdt.gov.vn.
Step 2: Download authorization registration of account clearance with bank at website of commercial bank or links
Step 3: Declare information, after coming to branch of commercial bank to perform authorization registration procedures of account clearance to electronic submission service.
Step 4: After branch of commercial bank approves to use the service by a registered Email with password.
