Circular 187/2012/TT-BTC ON 01 NOVEMBER, 2012 ON THE COLLECTION, PAYMENT AND MANAGEMENT OF LICENSING FEE FOR REPRESENTATIVE OFFICE ESTABLISHMENT OF FOREIGN TRADE PROMOTION ORGANIZATION IN VIETNAM.
1.The license fee of representative office establishment of foreign trade promotion organizations in Vietnam as follows:
• New Issue: 3,000,000 (three million VND) / license;
• Re-issuance, amendment, supplement, extension: 1,500,000 (one million five hundred thousand VND) / license.
2. The license fee of representative office establishment of foreign trade promotion organizations in Vietnam collected in Vietnamese Dong (VND).
