OFFICIAL LETTER NO.133/LĐTBXH-PC DATED 13 JAN 2015 OF MINISTRY OF LABOR-INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS IN GUIDANC OF LABOR RULES
According to official letter No. 133/LĐTBXH-PC:
Employers using more employees must labor rules with documents. Before issuing labor rules, employers must refer to the representative organization of all employees in their company. Labor rules must include main contents under clause 2 article 119 of Labor code, of which the employers must regulate the violation behaviors of employers and other forms in labor discipline, compensate.
