Uni 19-11-2014 - Guidance on payment vouchers to state budgets

According to official letter No. 16339/BTC-TCT:

• When paying to State budget through State Treasury or commercial banks has been registered: payers prepare a Form declaration (No. 01/BKNT issued together with Circular 119/2014/TT-BTC or Circular 126/2014/TT-BTC). Payers are responsible for writing fully the items in the Form as guidance of Appendix 01 issued together with this official letter.
• When paying to State budget through State Treasury or commercial banks has not yet been registered: Payers prepare a Form declaration (No. C1-02/NS or  No. C1-03/NS issued together with Circular 119/2014/TT-BTC; C1-09/NS or C1-10/NS issued together with Circular 126/2014/TT-BTC). Payers are responsible for writing fully the items in the Form as guidance of Appendix 01 issued together with this official letter.
