DECREE NO. 103/2014/NĐ-CP DATED 11 NOVEMBER 2014 OF GOVERNMENT ABOUT AREA MINIMUM SALARY LEVEL APPLIED FROM 01 JAN 2015
According to Decree No.103/2014/NĐ-CP, from 01 Jan 2015, area minimum salary level for enterprises of each area as follows:
Area 1: 3,100,000 VND/month
Area 2: 2,750,000 VND/month
Area 3 : 2,400,000 VND/month
Area 4: 2,150,000 VND/month
Localities in area I, area II, area III and area IV are stipulated in Appendix of this Decree
Employees which are not yet trained with the most simple work are paid at least equal to area minimum salary level , the trained employees are trained paid at least 7% at least equal to area minimum salary level.
