Uni 17-10-2016 - Guidance on a new investment project

According to official letter 4628/TCT-CS:

In case, the company is granted investment certificate from economic zone management board in 2016 to conduct some other investment projects, this project is the independent investment project with the company’s operating project (is granted investment certificate in 2005) and not to be the case of division, separation, merger, consolidation, conversion form, owner transfer, to be a new investment project.
