OFFICIAL LETTER 3945/LĐTBXH-LĐTL DATED 30 SEP 2015 OF MINISTRY OF LABOR-INVALIDS AND SOCIAL AFFAIRS GUIDING SOME REGULATIONS OF LABOR CODE
Official letter 3945/LĐTBXH-LĐTL for some regulations of Labor code. Some contents should be noted as follows:
For payments for social insurance, health insurance at the same time of paying salary of employees:

Employees do not work and do not enjoy salary from 14 working days in a month will not pay social insurance of that month.

Employees are not participants contributing social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, besides paying salary, employers are responsible for paying more at the same time of salary payment of employees equivalents to social insurance level, health insurance level, unemployment insurance level and annual leave pay as regulations.

Employees are not participants contributing social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance, employers must pay social insurance, health insurance, unemployment insurance to employees under regulations of Law.
For overtime salary, leave pay, holiday
Salary basis to pay overtime, leave pay, holiday is salary including salary level of the work or position, salary allowance and other additions.
