Circular no. 89/2013/TT-BTC of mof in guidance of setting up and using provisions for financial investment loss
MOF has just issued Circular No. 89/2013/TT-BTC amendment and additions to Circular No. 228/2009/TT-BTC in guidance of setting up and using provisions for financial investment loss.
· The guidance is detailed for setting up and using provisions for financial investment loss when economic organizations which receive contribution capital are involved in loss.
· Enterprises conduct to set up provisions for financial investments on basis of the same year’s financial statements of economic organizations which receive contribution capital.
· Before the effective date of this Circular, if enterprises conduct to set up provisions for financial investments on basis of the previous year’s financial statements of economic organizations which receive contribution capital, they will not allowed to adjust provisions for financial investment under this Circular.
This Circular takes effects from 26 July 2013
