OFFICIAL LETTER NO. 4211/BKHĐT-ĐKKD DATED 26 JUNE 2015 OF MINISTRY OF FINANCE IN GUIDANCE OF APPLICATION TO BUSINESS REGISTRATION
According to official letter No. 4211/BKHĐT-ĐKKD guiding on Notification of seal sample of enterprises, branches, representative offices as follows:
Pursuant to regulations of clause 2 article 44 Law on corporate 2014, before using seals, enterprises, branches, representative offices must submit Notification of their seal sample to Department of Business registration to publicize on National information gate about Business registration.
Attached to Notification of seal sample, The owner’s Decision should be issued (one member company limited) or Decision or Copy of member’s council meeting minutes more two member company limited , of Board Management (Joint Stock company) and of Members (Joint-partner) about contents, forms, and seals.
