Official letter 3868/CTBNI-TTHT on instructions for making warranty component invoices:
Based on the above provisions, in case the Company exports components and materials for the purpose of product warranty (within the warranty period) according to the warranty obligations stipulated in the goods sale contract between the Company and the Customer, the Company is not required to issue invoices for the above-mentioned exported components and materials. The Company needs to fully store documents and vouchers proving the legality and reasonableness of product warranty activities to present when requested by competent state agencies.
