According to official letter No. 4541/LĐTBXH-LĐTL:

Each week, employees are off at least 24 hours continuously. In special cases, it is not able to be off weekly, employers are responsible for ensuring employees to be off at least 4 days a month; employers have rights to decide to arrange weekly day offs on Sunday or other fixed some days in a week but must state in labor rules.

Employees work overtime are paid with salary cost unit or salary for the working jobs in weekly day offs at least 200%
