OFFICIAL LETTER 15853/CTHDU-TTHT ON THE DESTRUCTION OF SURPLUS RAW MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES OF EPES
Official letter 15853/CTHDU-TTHT regarding the destruction of surplus raw materials and supplies of EPEs as follows:
In case the Company imports raw materials to produce goods for Panasonic System Networks Co., Ltd., then these raw materials are not used up and the two parties agree to dispose of them in the form of destruction, the Company shall issue a document Send to the Customs Department where raw materials and supplies are imported for processing according to regulations and be responsible for destruction according to the provisions of law on environmental protection. The Company does not have to issue invoices for handling raw materials by destroying them without selling them in the Vietnamese market.
