DECREE 96/2015/NĐ-CP DATED 19 OCTOBER 2015 OF GOVERNMENT REGULATING SOME ARTICLES OF LAW ON ENTERPRISES
On 19 October 2015, Government just issued Decree 96/2015/NĐ-CP regulating article 10, article 44, article 189 and article 208 of Law on enterprises. Management and usage of seals are regulated in this Decree as follows:

Enterprises established before 01 July 2015 continues to use the granted seal but must not inform the seal sample to business registration authority. In case, enterprises make more seal, change ink color of the seal, they must inform seal sample.

Enterprises established before 01 July 2015 makes new seal under regulations of this Decree must return seal and seal registration certificate to security authority where are granted. Security authority issued receipts to take back seal.

Enterprises established before 01 July 2015 missing of seal, seal registration certificate, they allowed to make seal under this Decree; and inform the seal missing to security authority where are granted.

Enterprises are responsible for informing seal sample to business registration authority for the following cases:

To make first seal after registering enterprises;

To change quantities, contents, seal form and seal color;

Cancel seal sample.
