Circular No. 169/2012/tt-btc issued on 11 October 2012 by MOF guiding to amend tax rate for export tax for coal under 27.01 group in the export tariff.
Pursuant to guiding circular: Amending tax rate of export tax for coal under 27.01 group in the export tariff according to the list of taxable items in Appendix I attached to Circular No. 157/2011/TT-BTC on 14 November 2011 by MOF issuing export tariff, incentive import tariff in the list of taxable items: Coal, briquette, ovoid coal and similar solid fuels manufactured from coal.
