DECREE 78/2015/NĐ-CP DATED 14 SEP 2015 OF GOVERNMENT REGULATING ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION
On 14 Sep 2015, Government issued Decree 78/2015/NĐ-CP about enterprise registration. This Decree regulates files, process, procedures for enterprise registration household registration, regulating about business registration office and state management about enterprise registration. Some notes should be viewed:

Time of solving enterprise registration files reducing from 05 working days to 03 working days.

Notification of seal sample of enterprises, branches, representative offices are regulated in accordance with creating most favorable for enterprises.

All procedures taking, receiving, dealing with granting enterprise registration certificate conducted through electronic website.

This Decree regulates files, processing, procedures for temporary business ceasing, return to run before deadline, reorganize and dissolve enterprises at the most favorable for enterprises but still ensure state management in this field.
This Decree 78/2015/NĐ-CP takes effects from 01 Oct 2015 and replaces Decree 43/2010/NĐ-CP, Decree 05/2013/NĐ-CP.
