DECREE 44/2017/NĐ-CP DATED 14 APRIL 2017 OF GOVERNMENT REGULATING FORCED SOCIAL INSURANCE CONTRIBUTION LEVEL INTO OCCUPATIONAL DISEASE AND LABOR ACTIDENTS LIFE INSURANCE FUND
According to Decree 44/2017/NĐ-CP regulating:
From 01 June 2017, employers monthly contribute to occupational diseases and labor accidents Insurance fund as regulated in clause 3 article 44 Law on Safety and sanitation as follows:
- 0,5% to salary fund as evidence to contribute social insurance of employers regulated in points a, b, c, d, đ and h clause 1 article 2 Law on social insurance, except for employees being the family maids.
- 0,5% to basic salary level for employees regulated in point e clause 1 article 2 Law on social insurance.
