Official letter No 319/CT-TTHT about the signing date on electronic invoice as follows:
When the company creates electronic invoice and delivers to the customer, the invoice have to be fully filled with compulsory contents as prescribed in Article 6, Decree 119/2018/NĐ-CP dated of September 12, 2018 of the Government. The time of creating the electronic invoice is defined as the time of digital, electronic sign. So on the invoice is no need to have “signing date” target.
