Official letter No. 3488/tct-kk on 4 October 2012 replying on tax administration for model shift, reorganization of enterprises
For cases, enterprises experiencing model shift, reorganization, name change must implement the new registration procedure and use new seal for transaction documents with tax authorities. Enterprises have to finalize with tax authorities within 45 days from the date of arising in accordance with the law.
