Making sale invoice with list of goods for a week is wrong as regulated at point a Clause 2 Articles 16 Circular 39/2014/TT-BTC dated 31, March 2014. According to the regulations, at the time of making sale invoice of goods, services is the time of changing the right of ownership or using of goods for the purchasers, without concerning have received money yet or not.
