Uni 09-02-2012 – Treatment for concerns about tax policy for resource exploration units

Resource tax policy:

1. For the export of natural resources, the royalty price is the export price (FOB), excluding export duties.
2. For the domestic consumption of natural resources used for processing into other products that do not determine whether or not there are sufficient grounds to determine the price of natural resources exploitation, the introduction of a resource unit due to provincial-level People's Committees at the local regulations.

VAT policy:

1. Cubes products are not subject to VAT.
2. White limestone products cut, sawn size was polished into the finished product (stone wall tiles, floor tiles, etc.), while the export tax rate of 0% VAT.
